About the Journal
Welcome to The Nexus Scholars (ENGG 601 Research Abstract & Peer Review Platform). This site is used for the Research Abstract & Peer Review assignment in ENGG 601 – Professional Development I. Students will use this platform to submit their initial abstracts, review two assigned peer abstracts, receive feedback, and submit their revised work.
Access the Platform
The Register/Login option is available in the top-right corner of this page. You may also use the links below to access the platform directly:
- Register – Create a new account
- Login – Sign in if you already have an account
- New Submission – Submit your abstract
Important – Account Registration: When creating your account, please use your University of Calgary email address. This will help the teaching team identify your account and correctly assign peer-review tasks to you.
Important – Reviewer Registration: During registration, please make sure to select:“Yes, I would like to be contacted with requests to review submissions to this journal.” This step is required so that peer-review assignments can be assigned to your account.
